IIMC runs five outdoor clinics and a 20 bed hospital (The indoor clinic) to assess, treat and educate mothers and children. The most common problems that are treated at the clinics include:

  • Malnutrition
  • Skin diseases
  • Vomiting and Diarrhoea
  • Burns
  • Asthma
  • Tuberculosis

For some patients we are able to offer:

  • Free medicine
  • Pathological tests
  • Eye and Dental unit
  • Maternity services for rural pregnant mothers provided by local midwifes
  • X-ray service
  • Micro surgery- cleft lip and cleft palate & other minor operation
  • Emergency & ambulance services
  • Homeopathy unit

IIMC also provides the expenses needed for operations such as cleft lip and palate, hernias, burns, nasal problems, tonsillectomies, hysterectomies & one open heart surgery.
The clinics also provide a range of health promotion programs which include:

  • Family planning program
  • Low cost nutrition
  • Immunisation program
  • School health check-up camp
  • Nursing intervention
  • Counselling to mothers about topics such as family planning, breastfeeding & childcare, general health, hygiene and nutrition.

Tegharia Outdoor Centre – Operating twice a week 600-700 patients attend this clinic.

Chakberia Sub centre – Operating once a week 300–400 patients attend this clinic.

Hogolkuria Sub centre – Operating once a week 200-300 patients attend this clinic.

Kheyadah Sub centre – Operating once a week 300-400 patients attend this clinic.

Dhaki Health Centre – Operating twice a week 600-800 patients attend this clinic.
